What is a mystery scoop?

A mystery scoop is a surprise item selected at random from our collection of 22 possible options.

Each scoop is a fun and exciting reveal—you won’t know what you’re getting until we pop open the balls.

What are the chances of getting each item?

All mystery scoops are randomly scooped. Each of the 22 possibilities has an equal chance of being revealed including multiples of the same item

Can I choose which item I receive?

No—part of the fun is the mystery! Items are randomly chosen, and specific requests cannot be guaranteed.

Will I receive duplicates if I order more than one?

It is possible to receive duplicates when ordering multiple scoops. We do our best to mix items when possible, but duplicates are not guaranteed to be avoided.

Are mystery scoops refundable or exchangeable?

Because mystery scoops are surprise items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 HOURS of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and during busy periods.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we don't.

Can I see what items are possible?

Yes! You can view and purchase all products in our store, head over to our products page to see for yourself. Please note that seeing an item does not guarantee you will receive it in your mystery scoop.
